December Policy
If you have a full set booked with me in December, the full balance is required no later than 72hrs beforehand. Infil appointments booked in the last 2 weeks of December will also require full payment in order to secure the booking. Unfortunately unpaid appointments will be removed.
If you need to cancel, please give at least 72hrs notice to be re booked. You will be charged for your appointment if this notice is not given or anything pre paid will be lost. If I cancel for any reason I will offer you a refund if another appointment isn’t agreed upon.
If you can’t commit, please just cancel your appointment so that I can offer it to someone else. Contact me nearer the time to check for last minute availability and if I can fit you in I will.
I try my very best to make sure December apps run as smoothly as possible. For this reason I won’t be able to be flexible or swap around appointments. I will do my best to run on time but this is a joint effort so please plan your journey accordingly and arrive 5 minutes early.
Please do not attend if you are unwell. I do understand late cancellations cannot be helped sometimes and will review depending on the circumstances.
